Job Description :
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials facilitating active learning.
2. Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests per established procedures.
3. Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
4. Maintain discipline per the school's rules and disciplinary systems.
5. Provide appropriate feedback on work.
6. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
7. Participate in department, school, district, and parent meetings.
Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above; academic background in linguistics or education would be preferred;
- 2. At least 2 years of teaching experience;
- 3. Language proficiency : 120 TEFL / TESOL / CETTA is required;
- 4. Experience in IB school with a relevant certificate would be preferred;
5. Speaks English at an idiomatic level
