Job Description

This candidate is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring accurate cost estimation. They analyze blueprints, technical documents, and project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates, calculating expenses for labor, materials, and equipment. They also handle the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met within budget and on schedule. Alongside risk assessment and mitigation, they maintain clear communication with clients and team members, providing updates on progress, costs, and deliverables. Post-project, they analyze outcomes to refine future estimation and management processes, ensuring continual improvement. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with expertise in project management and estimation tools, are essential for success in this dual role. This role will be half in the field and half in-office, 3-5 years experience preferred, and it will require minimal travel.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00 / hr.
