The Facility Foreman is responsible for daily activities and general oversight for plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, retail consolidation, and groundwater sampling. The Facility Foreman ensures safety, compliance, and effective oversight of plant activities while directly supervising multiple employees.
About the Role :
Shift : Swing Shift, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime / Weekend work required as needed)
Pay : $25+ per hour based on experience
Responsibilities :
Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following all policies and procedures
Perform plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading / loading, and wastewater treatment
Supervise multiple employees, ensuring they meet compliance standards and follow safety protocols
Operate forklifts as needed
Maintain accurate waste tracking paperwork and submit it immediately after processing operations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure all work meets applicable QA / QC guidelines and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company Health and Safety, and compliance protocols
Manage the supply inventory in your area, including proper waste management and housekeeping best practices
Adhere to all applicable Company policies, procedures, and SOPs
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of industry-related or hazardous waste experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in Windows-based applications
Experience in plant operations (drum pumping, tank farm, wastewater treatment, etc.)
Forklift operation experience (preferred)
Ability to work in adverse conditions year-round
Familiarity with compliance protocols and safety regulations
