How You'll Perform the Role

  • Assist with monthly closing processes.
  • Prepare detailed general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Prepares journal entries and records accruals.
  • Support intercompany process and reconciliation.
  • Prepares bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations.
  • Assist with capital project accounting and closures.
  • Works on special projects as required.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Degree (and / or equivalent work experience). CPA candidacy a plus.
  • Preferred 2-3+ years accounting experience.
  • High attention to detail, and high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure in a positive professional manner.
  • Strong organization skills / self-motivation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedication to driving and achieving results.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be an active team player.
  • Understanding of GAAP with knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Strong experience and highly proficient in information technology and financial applications preferably SAP S / 4 HANA or similar integrated ERP system; Oracle Hyperion application.
  • Requires exceptional Excel knowledge.
