Job Description

Position Summary : Under minimal supervision, the Senior Accountant works to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all transactions in the general ledger in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This includes all activities related to the global accounting function : close procedures, preparation, review and analysis, maintaining a strong control environment and other activities necessary to support consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for preparation and review of monthly accounting close procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls, as well as the accuracy of financial statements. Specific month-end close activities include : Preparation and review of journal entries for operating companies, as well as consolidation and elimination entriesRecord, analyze and review inter- and intra- company transactions Review of trial balances and monthly trends; perform additional review as needed to support the closeAnalysis and review of operating company financial statements, both foreign and domesticPreparation and review of monthly U.S. GAAP financial statements including, balance sheet, income statement and cash flowPreparation and review of high-quality balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support a sustainable and efficient close and reporting process with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Preparation of quarterly external reporting deliverables and support of internal and external audit requirements.

The salary range for this role is :

78,800.00 - $118,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
