Job Description : Overview
The Principal Investigator is responsible for overseeing field research, data collection, inventory, analysis, reporting, and curation in accordance with quality standards, agency requirements and scientific norms. This role involves budget management, proposal preparation, client interaction, and coordination with regulatory agencies. Additionally, the position involves mentoring technical professionals and contributing to their professional development.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical tasks and processes.
- Offer expertise in federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with agencies and clients.
- Prepare scopes of work and budgets.
- Lead field operations.
- Author comprehensive technical documents including reports, research designs, and treatment plans.
