As a SANE Registered Nurse, you will providetimely and accurate clinical assessment, care, intervention and documentation for patients that have been sexually assaulted, a victim of child abuse, elder abuse, interpersonal violence (IPV) or assault. You will provide, as a service to the patient, forensic evidence collection and / or forensic photography as requested and will maintain chain of custody for such evidence.

Your primary duties will include put are not limited to :

• Developing a safety plan before patient's discharge.
• Providing resources for follow up medical care and referrals for post care support services to the patient.
• Collaborating with medical and nursing staff, law enforcement, prosecutor, protective services, advocates and other agencies and entities as needed.
