As part of our Global Security Investigations team, you will join a group of attorneys, investigators, and analysts playing a vital role in maintaining the security and secrecy of Apple’s most valuable innovations. You will investigate significant incidents and risks to Apple’s intellectual property and confidential information.

Description

This investigative role will conduct digital forensic analysis and investigate cases of insider threat, data theft, leaks, cybercrime, complex frauds, and a variety of other concerns. The successful candidate will foster strong partnerships across Apple’s businesses, identify security loopholes, develop remediations, prepare briefs and reports for Legal and business leadership, and refer any relevant legal matters for criminal and / or civil action.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
• 8+ years conducting digital forensic investigations into trade secret theft or other high-tech crimes
• Expertise with imaging and analyzing hardware devices running on Apple operating systems (iOS, macOS, iPadOS, etc.)
• Experience with SQL queries and databases

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
