AlliedTravelCareers is working with Barton Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Indiana!

About The Position

Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Location : Indiana

Type of Facility : Skilled Nursing Facility

Length of Assignment : 13 weeks

Start Date : Immediately

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide SLP services to post-acute patients
  • Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day (occasionally up to 11-12)
  • Maintain a minimum productivity of 80%
  • Conduct 30-45 minute therapy sessions per patient
  • Participate in group therapy sessions when required
  • Utilize NetHealth EMR system for documentation
  • Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations, depending on their surgical procedures
  • Provide care for patients staying 7-28 days post-surgery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements :

  • Valid Indiana SLP License
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
