Liberty Healthcare seeks well-qualified candidates for an available Director of Operations position.
As Director of Operations, you will support Liberty Healthcare's mission to be a trustworthy and outcomes driven partner that empowers customers to achieve their goals with flexible and intelligent healthcare services.
You will be a key contributor in very many ways, including :
- Applying your leadership skills and expertise to advance several jail-based mental health and competency treatment programs.
- Managing a portfolio of contracts with county sheriff departments and state mental health agencies
- Leading and mentoring several Executive Directors
- Client facing with a wide array of leaders and stakeholders
- Ensuring contract deliverables are met or exceeded, and services are provided efficiently and effectively
- Establishing a culture across all programs which aligns with Liberty's vision, mission and core values - and results in high quality services as well as a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement
- Consistently maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and demonstrating high value of Liberty Healthcare's services
- Proactively anticipating and preventing problems that could result in customer dissatisfaction or failure to deliver contracted services
- Developing and managing program budgets to achieve financial objectives
- Analyzing and interpreting KPIs and quality improvement data to identify and impact trends
- Actively participating in new business development initiatives
As Liberty Healthcare Corporation's Director of Operations, you will partner with a talented group of healthcare executives and operate within a high-performance culture. This is a remote position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office. Travel throughout California and other locations nationwide is required and estimated at 60%.
You can expect a base salary between $150,000-165,000
To be considered for this position, you must have a successful track record of successfully leading largescale behavioral / mental health programs and services specifically with a jail, prison, or secure forensic mental health setting. A Masters or Doctoral degree is required.
