Bryant Consultants is looking for a Forensic Architect or Engineer with Building Envelope background for our Carrollton, TX location! You will be joining our team and providing high-level inspection, building envelope, project management services to our diverse client base; and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess a detailed understanding of waterproofing, air barrier, and roofing systems; familiarity with REVIT; flexibility to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently from start to finish, based on project needs. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Managing project schedule, scope, and fee to ensure successful projects and satisfied clients;
• Direct and conduct forensic investigations including, analysis and report preparation, and field exploration and testing related to a variety of projects including; new construction and restoration projects;
• Preparation of observation and forensic reports and proposals;
• Manage client relationships including basic BD efforts;
• Attend site meetings and address CA tasks such as submittal review and answering RFIs; and
• Mentor Jr Envelope Staff.
