Position Overview : Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support, is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Managing Director to lead their Forensic Accounting division. The firm is committed to delivering exceptional services to its clients and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Forensic Accounting division, overseeing all aspects of forensic investigations, fraud detection, and litigation support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the division's services and client base.
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings and serve as a key advisor to clients on complex financial matters.
- Collaborate with legal teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to support investigations and litigation.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the division remains at the forefront of forensic accounting.
- Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management and new client acquisition.
