Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Perform conflict checks and data entry.
Proofread and format documents.
Organize and file case materials.
Work with our ticketing system to manage requests, prioritize and complete tasks.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

Legal Administrative Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
5+ years of administrative experience; law office experience is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and experience with a ticketing/case management system (NetSuite, Salesforce, account/client/project management system).
Meticulous attention to detail; complete tasks quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional data entry, organizational, and file management skills.
Strong research skills; quickly locate and compile relevant information.
Manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
