Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Requirements * Must pass pre-employment controlled substance testing. Per RCW 49.44.240 this position has been identified by the employer as non-safety sensitive and will be subject to an employer-required pre-employment drug screening that does not include testing for nonpsychoactive cannabis metabolites. * Demonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with all departments and customers on the phone and in person. Detailed-oriented and thorough in all duties and be able to work extended hours when needed. * Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications. * Able to perform basic mathematical functions. * Excellent organizational, customer service and telephone skills. * Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work well in a high stress environment. Work Environment * Office setting * This position is a largely sedentary; however, caution needs to be taken when lifting files, boxes, opening file cabinet drawers * To avoid injuries to hands, back, and neck, proper ergonomics should be maintained while working at desk/workstation * Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time The statements included in this job description are not intended to be all-inclusive.
