Star Staffing is recruiting for a Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time Materials professional to support a leading medical manufacturing partner in Santa Rosa, CA. Pay range is $20.00–$25.00 per hour D.O.E.

What You’ll Do

• Protect inventory accuracy—reconcile physical counts with the system.
• Receive, count, and inspect incoming goods; record receipts accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments; verify all documentation.
• Use FIFO for all material movements, storage, and replenishment.
• Transport materials to assigned warehouse slots or production lines.
• Keep warehouse areas neat and efficient to support safe operations.
• Track packaging and cleanroom supply levels; communicate shortages in advance.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Spot and report slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Comply with safety, quality, and ISO procedures every step of the way.
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse or production.
• Current forklift certification.
• Comfort with basic computer use, accurate counting, and clear communication.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Positive teammate who collaborates well.
• Bonus: background in medical devices or plastic injection molding.

Physical Capabilities

• Standing and walking most of the day.
• Regular bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and lifting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. routinely.
• Operate safely in a manufacturing setting.
