Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Framers for new commercial projects in the Tampa, FL area. The pay range is up to $20-$25 per hour based on experience. All Framers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

Measure, cut, and shape lumber, wood, and other building materials

Use hand and power tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components

Construct or repair the framework of commercial or industrial buildings

Working with 2x4's, 2x6's, plywood, LVL beams, floor and roof trusses

Building walls, setting trusses, sheathing, sub-fascia

Ultimate Framer Requirements

1+ years of Framing experience

Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
