Kelly® Science & Clinical is currently hiring a Chemist I (Medical) for a temporary full-time role (approximately 6 months to one year) for our client in Valencia, CA. Salary / Compensation : $25 - $26 / hour

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is dedicated to producing high-quality medical products.

As part of this role, you will collaborate with a committed team to meet production schedules while ensuring superior product quality. This position will allow you to enhance your expertise in quality control and production management, contributing significantly to the output of premium medical products.

Schedule : Full-Time with potential for overtime

n\nResponsibilities : \n\n \n\t

  • Perform transfer, pipetting, and weighing tasks\n\t
  • Mix and pour epoxy\n\t
  • Record radionuclide and activities in Microsoft D365\n\t
  • Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of production labs and facilities\n\t
  • Operate gamma camera scanning\n\t
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product production\n

n\nQualifications : \n\n \n\t

  • Bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related \n\t
  • Proficient in using standard laboratory equipment such as pipettors, balances, mixers, and ovens\n\t
  • Familiarity with containment apparatus like hoods and gloveboxes is advantageous\n\t
  • Outstanding manual dexterity and a steady hand\n\t
  • Must prioritize safety, cleanliness, and organization\n\t
  • Demonstrate solid judgment and decision-making skills\n\t
  • Capable of working independently and managing assigned production tasks\n\t
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds\n\t
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access\n
