This position is a one year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent.
Location : Cambridge, MA
Title : Scientist I, Formulation, Non-Viral Gene Therapy

Requirements :

Experience with LNP or nucleic acid drug formulation and development is required.

PhD with 0 to 1 year of work experience or Masters with 3 to 6 years of work experience or Bachelors with 5 to 10 years of work experience.

Job Description Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Scientist to be part of a team focused on non-viral gene therapy formulation in the Genomic Medicine Unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in targeted non-viral formulation development and optimization for several different projects.

Support the development of customized non-viral formulations.

Apply scientific expertise and judgement to initiate, design and execute experiments in a time-sensitive manner.

Maintain accurate experiment records and material inventory.

Analyze and present experiment data clearly and effectively.

Acts as an impactful contributor of project teams and transverse initiatives.

Foster creativity, productivity, execution with a sense of urgency, scientific integrity and accountability. Maintains a collaborative culture.
