Role : Sr Data Scientist

Location : Hybrid - 4 days / week onsite in SE Michigan area

Duration : Long-term contract

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in transforming complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. You’ll work with diverse datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate across teams to deploy scalable analytics that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, clean, and process real-world data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
• Conduct thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and hypotheses.
• Translate complex business questions into well-defined data science problems and analytical tasks.
• Develop, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models for tasks such as prediction, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate findings and model results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide actionable business recommendations based on data insights.
• Continuously iterate on models and approaches based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies.
