Job Title : Senior Design Engineer

Location : Rockton Illinois

Job Description :

• Bs degree in Electronics / communication with 7 years experience
• Product Architecture development experience
• Experience in EMBEDDED SYSTEMS PROGRAMMING C / C and knowledge of lowlevel programming and hardware
• Expertise with microcontrollers / microprocessors. Knowledge of microcontroller (ARM Cortex / PIC / AVR)
• Should have RTOS like FreeRTOS / ThreadX / MQX / Linux concepts and implementation experience
• Knowledge with communication protocols ( I2C / SPI / UART / CAN)
• User Interface Development : LCD displays / buttons / touchscreens / Interface with QT / CRANK / TouchGFX ect
• Sensor Integration Knowledge (temperature pressure flow)
• Actuator Control : Experience with controlling actuators (motors valves heaters)
• Unit Testing Experience : Should be familiar with GTest CMOKA CppUTest Test Driven Development
• Debugging and Testing : Proficiency in debugging techniques and tools (oscilloscopes logic analyzers) to troubleshoot and validate the firmware
• Safety Standards and Compliance : Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (food safety electrical safety) that apply to the design and operation of food service equipment
• Version Control and Documentation : GIT SVN Bitbucket
• Control Theory : Understanding of control systems and algorithms including PID control to maintain desired product characteristics (temperature consistency)
