The Role :

McCann Worldgroup is seeking a talented and results-driven Designer to create compelling visuals across branding, executive presentations, social media, corporate communications, events, and more. The ideal candidate is a collaborative creative with expertise in concept-driven design, PowerPoint design, and visual storytelling.

The McCann Worldgroup Design team is at the center of a 10,000+ person organization of creative and strategic people. We specialize in solving complex business challenges and supporting C-suite executives in pioneering new marketing strategies. Leveraging global data studies, we tailor insights from millions of data points to local markets worldwide. What You Will Do :

The Designer for McCann Worldgroup will be required to :

• Champion visual design to produce world-class executions.
• Support day-to-day design needs : social posts, presentation decks, corporate communications, and more.
• Contribute to projects in collaboration with creative, communications, PR, events, social strategists, and production teams.
• Design and deliver presentation decks for executives and senior leaders, from strategy meetings to high-profile corporate events.
• Apply advanced art direction and design principles to PPT presentations to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Concept unique approaches across web, social media, events, print and digital communications, data visualization, interactive videos, and promotional materials.
• Stay current on design trends and innovative presentation techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality materials on time.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations for optimal content display and layout.
• Collaborate with social media manager to enhance our social presence.
• Act proactively as a problem solver.
