Job description1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in a relevant industry with a degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Skilled in typography, photo editing, layout design, and custom graphics. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experienced in digital advertising creation and campaign design. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and receptive to feedback. Trend-aware, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to meet tight deadlines with agility and enthusiasm.

SUMMARY
As a Graphic Designer you develop graphic artwork and visual communication for all things Gozney. You love design and have an ability to blend progressive and timeless visual language into something new. Under the direction of the Art Director and key stakeholders of the projects (Executive, Sales, Marketing) you will create a variety of visual communication deliverables. You will be relied on to utilize your creativity and honed design skills to help define Gozney out in the world. Project work will be developing brand visual systems, digital advertising, packaging, retail signage, seasonal graphics, campaign collateral, and other marketing and sales collateral projects. You have a desire to really build something special and put the work in to make it happen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and work under the Art Director to establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing and sales collateral, aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead graphic design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand aesthetic.
- Play a key role in defining the brand’s look and feel through innovative design.
- Contribute valuable insights during conceptual development and translate ideas into impactful visual executions.
- Ensure high-quality production standards and readiness for all design projects.
- Support the development and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Design top-tier visual systems for both digital and physical experiences.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and oversee production-ready art, ensuring cost efficiency, clear communication of production details, and adherence to deadlines.
