Responsibilities :
Greet guests upon arrival, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys.
Process all guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations and cancellations.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and surrounding areas.
Answer phones, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure optimal room readiness and address any guest concerns.
Manage billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hotel management or relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
