Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a front desk assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
