Description
We are looking for a professional, talented, and resourceful individual to fill the role of Front Office Associate to float between both locations. Must have 2 years experience as a medical receptionist to be considered for the position. This is a critical position in our practice. As a Front Office Associate, you are the face of our business and you'll be relied upon to represent us and yourself with integrity and excellence. This position offers you the opportunity to consistently interact and work with company management. It also offers the ability to learn and grow in other areas of the practice for those seeking to expand their skills and grow their career.
HOURS : Per Diem, Monday-Thursday 5 : 30pm-10pm & most Fridays, same times & as needed days / evenings or weekends to fill any need at both locations.

Oaks Location - 1800 W Hibiscus Blvd Ste 100 Melbourne, FL 32901
Suntree Location - 6300 N Wickham Rd Ste 100 Melbourne, FL 32940
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE :
- Greet patients, in a friendly welcoming manner.
- Schedule, reschedule and cancelling diagnostic procedures.
- Answers calls professionally, in a quick and efficient manner.
- Assure patient signatures are obtained on all paperwork.
- Verify demographics and insurance information and update in computer.
- Operate front office equipment.
- Assure patients are processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare medical records per patient request.
- Scan and upload incoming documents.
- Upload Med Forward forms.
- Collect / process copayments / coinsurance / deductibles and reconcile monies at end of shift.
- Collect / process any patient balances and post balances to patient account.
- Verify insurance eligibility and copayments / coinsurance / deductibles / past balances at time of visit for walk-in X-rays.
