The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide general information about the organization and services to visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain visitor logs and manage access control systems.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with coordinating office supplies and ordering when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications :
