We currently have an opportunity for a Marina Front Desk to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!
Responsibilities
- Guest facing position that is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests
- Answers phones, responds to emails and guest needs during their stay
- Makes reservations for marina guests
- Provides on-site customer service for residence, club members and transient marina guests as well as hotel guests
- Checks guests into or out of the marina, assigning slips according to availability or sizes of vessels (length, beam, and draft) needs
- Coordinates with dock attendants, parking and transportation, fuel attendants, and grounds team
- Processes payments, provides receipts to customers
- Coordinates and upsells fuel, waste removal, hotel amenities, and on-site restaurants
- Answers questions about the property or the surrounding area attractions
- Opens and closes the marina office
- Reconciles fuel, funds and cash on a daily basis
- Reports fuel spills and respond to state for property documentation and tracking, attends annual fuel spill training
- Performs all other duties as assigned
