Front Desk Clerk

Our Inns are quietly peaceful yet challenging at times because of the number of guests who plan their stays with us. Team members are like family and collaborate with each other to get the job done. Plus team members learn hospitality skills they can use for the rest of their lives.

What you'll be doing

Smile and make eye contact with guests

Make and confirm guest reservations

Get information to improve the guest experience

Efficiently multi-task

Answer phones and respond to questions

Check guests in and out;

Suggest and provide directions to area attractions

Promote company restaurants, bakeries, shops

Skills you'll bring along

High School education required

Conflict resolution skills required

Great communication skills

Ability to learn and use software program to process orders and create guest checks

Ability to empathize with guests and take sincere interest in his / her specific circumstance
