About the Role :
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
- Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
- Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
- Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
