We are seeking an upbeat and friendly receptionist to join a very busy insurance and annuity company located in downtown Spokane.
Hours : Monday - Thursday
8am - 5 : 00pm)
Fridays : (8 : 00am - 1 : 00pm)
Pay - $18 / hour
Paid parking provided
Duties include :
- Answering high volume phone calls and directing them to the appropriate party.
- Process incoming emails, faxes, and mail
- Daily reporting
- Greet all incoming guests
- Other office duties as assigned
