$22.00–$27.00 hourly
Job descriptionSalary Range : $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus Incentives : Eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Monthly Gallons Bonus : Earn a monthly bonus based on the number of gallons delivered, ranging from $150 to $750. The bonus amount increases with the volume of fuel delivered. Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements. Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA / DOT regulations. Excellent customer service demeanor. Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.

This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of their vehicle. Drivers are responsible for delivering petroleum products to company owned sites and customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
- Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state / federal laws.
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and / or facilities as required by Company policy.
- Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items on a daily basis.
- Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits :
Safety Bonus : Quarterly safety bonus of up to $500 per quarter / $2000 a year
Paid Holidays : New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Company Paid Life Insurance : Company-paid long term disability insurance up to $15,000 policy.
