Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the accounting team. The ideal candidate has experience with bookkeeping software, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and profit / loss statements.

Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Monitor cash flow and track expenses.

Work closely with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end closings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience : 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.

Preferred : Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.

Salary Range : $55,000 to $65,000
