Position : Infor M3 Functional Consultant

Job Summary :
The Infor M3 Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements designing and implementing Infor M3 ERP solutions and supporting end users to ensure effective utilization of the system. The consultant acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize business processes using Infor M3 functionalities.
Key Responsibilities :
Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and implement Infor M3 modules based on business needs (e.g. Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Procurement Sales Distribution etc.).
Participate in full-cycle implementations upgrades and support projects.
Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions for end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M3 configurations workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with developers for customizations interfaces and reports.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Ensure alignment of ERP system with best business practices and company objectives.
Maintain functional documentation and change management records.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (3-8 years typically) as an Infor M3 Functional Consultant or similar ERP consultant role.
Strong functional knowledge in one or more M3 modules (e.g. Manufacturing Finance Distribution Supply Chain).
Understanding of M3 data structures workflows and integration tools (e.g. ION MEC IDM).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementation and support projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
Infor M3 certification(s).
Experience with Infor CloudSuite or Infor OS platform.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing food & beverage fashion or distribution.
Soft Skills :
Strong business acumen and process understanding.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
