Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensures all manufacturing and quality processes run efficiently.
Design, develop, implement, and support assembly, test stations, and other control equipment to drive improvements in quality and manufacturing.
Work closely with software and process engineers to review requirements and implement test and machine controls for production machinery.
Through application of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, lead and facilitate the continuous improvement of methods and technology to reduce the and material impact of test while improving upstream assembly controls for better quality product.
Ensure sustainability and continuous improvements projects.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Management Engineering.
3 years' experience with ISO 26262, Part 3, 4, 8, and 9.
3 years' experience with design and implementation of common embedded software in vehicles.
3 years' experience with requirements management tools (., Polarion), work management tools (., Azure DevOps), and SW version control tools (. Git).
3 years' experience with automotive communication bus systems and protocols (. CAN, UDS, J1939).
Experience may be gained concurrently.
