Now Hiring: Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper
Location: Raleigh, NC (Supporting 3 Umbrella Companies; Ariana Corporation, Noble Properties, and Arya Restaurant Group)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage the financial records for our Companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and must be proficient in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Schedule & Hours:
Part-Time: 3 days per week.
Shift Duration: 6 to 7 hours per day.
Flexibility: We can discuss which days of the week work best for your schedule.
Requirements:
QuickBooks Expert: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online AND QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in restaurant or retail accounting/payroll is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of reconciliation, categorization, and organization of accounts
Accuracy: High attention to detail regarding profit and loss statements and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily and weekly financial entries for multiple business locations.
Assist ownership with the monthly P&L's of all accounts
Ensure all tax documentation and W-2 records are accurately maintained.
Reconciliation of all accounts
Ensuring all accounts match according to bank statements.
