The Role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager / Sr. Accounting Manager to lead our daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data. This role is pivotal in supporting our company's growth, fostering trust with stakeholders, and meeting regulatory obligations. You will play a key role in refining processes to drive efficiency and strengthening internal controls, contributing to the integrity of our financial reporting and building confidence among both internal and external stakeholders.

How You Will Contribute

As an Accounting Manager / Sr. Accounting Manager, you will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure that financial reports are accurate and delivered promptly. Your work will directly support the company's growth, help maintain stakeholders' trust, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will be tasked with constantly improving our processes and internal controls. Your role will also involve making our operations more capable and maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Lead timely completion of monthly closes through the review and preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes without material errors, ensuring audit-readiness and timely external reporting
• Apply internal control procedures, including identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process, working with internal teams to gather financial documentation. Review audit reports, implement necessary corrections, and ensure compliance with audit best practices.
• Develop and implement a transparent, standardized process for tracking R&D costs to ensure real-time visibility and timely information to support better decision-making.
