Essential Functions (approximate time spent)
- Maintain accurate ledgers, financial reporting, and budgeting (25%).
- Prepare timely financial statements and assist with budgeting, including assisting with preparation of consolidated financial statements (25%).
- Review and approve budgeting, accounting, and reporting functions of assigned departments / locations (15%).
- Act as a resource regarding complex financial transactions and reporting / tracking of funding (15%).
- Support and guide assigned departments / locations with understanding / monitoring financial matters and forecasting (10%).
- Develop and maintain internal accounting procedure manual (10%).
