We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Funeral Planner to join our family-owned funeral establishment, Chas. Verheyden, Inc. In this role, you’ll help families plan ahead with confidence by assisting them in securing pre-arranged funeral services. As an Advanced Funeral Planner :
- You’ll build genuine relationships with families, offering empathetic guidance and professional support throughout the pre-arrangement process. You’ll become an expert in our services and products, helping clients choose the arrangements that best reflect their wishes and values.
- You’ll work closely with your manager and team, reporting daily activities while maintaining a strong focus on client care, trust, and satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, compassionate, and professional — someone who thrives both independently and as part of a supportive team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and an insurance license is preferred (or the willingness to obtain one).
