The Opportunity
InduPro is seeking a highly motivated scientific leader to support pre-clinical and clinical translational activities across our emerging pipeline. This individual will play a key role in developing and deploying the translational strategy for discovery and early development stage programs covering both oncology and autoimmune disorders. Experience in overseeing IND enabling activities and developing biomarkers for clinical trials is required.
Responsibilities Include
- Design, plan and provide oversight of pre-clinical IND enabling studies, as well as PK / PD analysis, interpretation, and reporting of results for therapeutic candidates (bi-specific antibodies / ADCs) in early development
- Support scientific input and review of all translational medicine aspects of regulatory documents, including but not limited to development plans, study reports, study protocols, regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory questions
- Formulate translational strategies for the discovery, development, and implementation of biomarkers that assess proof of mechanism, establish early signs of efficacy, enable proof of concept studies, patient selection and generate an understanding of the variability in patient response
- Effectively collaborate cross-site and cross-functionally (e.g., research, biologics, in vivo pharmacology,) to ensure successful operational execution of translational plans
- Communicate data and strategies effectively to key stakeholders, including internal team members, senior management, and external partners
Requirements & Qualifications
200,000 - $280,000 a year
The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 to $280,000. The final salary will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
