Career Details :
The purpose of this position is to direct staff and manage daily operations of the agency’s DD supported living residences, and ensure that contracted services are provided on a continuous basis. This position manages 1 to 2 sites (up to 6 clients). Staffing levels of supervision range from 15 to 25 Habilitation Specialists.
Skills and Abilities :
Computer Skills : Proficient in all Microsoft office applications, skill in use of personal computer and related equipment and software.
Qualifications : Education :
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Associates is preferred.
Two years’ experience in, developmental disability services, non-profit community-based organization, or related field
Must be computer literate
- Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license;
- Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen;
Must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis
