Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields. 3 or more years of slot game design and mathematics experience. Proficient at any programming language; C or C++ preferred. Proficient at Microsoft Excel. Proven ability to create game concepts and math models. Proven ability to work in teams, with managers and other disciplines. Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented. Passion for casino slot and table games. Passion for gaming in all its forms (computer, mobile, card and board games). Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures. Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules. Wears and / or uses Personal Protective Equipment, when entering designated areas. Report hazardous conditions to management. Report any job-related injury or illness to management, and seeks treatment promptly.

GENERAL SUMMARY :
We are seeking a creative and analytical Game Designer & Mathematician to join our game development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging slot games and developing the underlying math models.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Making games with a diverse team of Game Designers, Artists, Sound Designers and Software Engineers.
- Utilizing advanced game design, mathematical, and creative skills to create multiple assigned games, focusing on the entire scope of game design elements.
- Executing the full scope of game design activities that involve basic creative thinking, industry and competitive knowledge and technical skills.
- Developing and analyzing game mathematical properties (i.e. pay tables) and the design of updates and changes to pay tables for assigned game applications.
- Creating and maintaining game design documents to ensure the smooth delivery of games through the game development process.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION :
ADDITIONAL VALUED ATTRIBUTES :
This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and / or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office and / or warehouse setting where walking, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting, talking, hearing and good vision is required.
