Oversee compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Licensed architect (preferred) with at least 10+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of innovative and successful projects. Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation tools. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Visionary leader with a passion for design excellence. Creative problem solver with attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Adept at fostering collaboration and teamwork.
