Job Summary – Control Panel Tester - Builder : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Control Panel Tester to join our industrial automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and validating control panels used in various industrial applications. This role ensures that all control panels meet quality, safety, and performance standards before installation in the field.
Key Responsibilities– Control Panel Tester - Builder :
- Assemble control panels by integrating components such as relays, sensors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Perform functional testing of control panels, including electrical, communication, and performance tests, to ensure they operate according to design specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance– Control Panel Tester - Builder :
- Execute detailed test plans and document all procedures, results, and any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all control panels comply with industry standards (e.g., UL, CE, IEC) and company safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution– Control Panel Tester - Builder :
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during assembly and testing processes.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, and modifications.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration and operation of control panels.
