Administrative Assistant (Remote Position)

Compensation :

Part-Time : $18–$24 per hour

Full-Time : $20–$28 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily tasks, scheduling, communication, and general administrative operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities :

Manage emails, scheduling, calendar updates, and appointment coordination

Assist with basic document preparation and data organization

Communicate with clients, team members, and partners as needed

Support day-to-day administrative tasks and workflow

Requirements :

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic computer literacy (email, documents, spreadsheets)

Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
