DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven leadership experience in the mechanical contracting industry—preferably in HVAC or specialty trades
- Strong operational and financial management background, including oversight of budgets, margins, and project pipeline
- Ability to inspire and manage people across roles—project managers, field teams, admin, and executive support
- Experience scaling teams, implementing systems, and fostering accountability across departments
- Customer-facing mindset with the ability to maintain and build relationships with GCs, owners, and partners
- Knowledge of design-build project delivery and mechanical systems is required; engineering background is a plus
- Comfortable being a hands-on leader and public-facing representative of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage company operations, including project delivery, staffing, financial performance, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee all departments, working closely with department heads to ensure execution aligns with company goals
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners to ensure service excellence and repeat business
- Monitor project performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and job costing to ensure sustainable profitability
- Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with the ownership group, with a focus on market share and talent development
