One Health is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel – Regulatory Affairs to join our in-house legal and compliance team. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with deep expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance and risk management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing regulatory guidance across the organization’s diverse service lines. The AGC will play a critical leadership role in 340B program oversight, compliance program development, and advising senior management on complex healthcare laws and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead legal and compliance oversight for the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including policy design, contract pharmacy arrangements, audit response, and training.
- Advise on federal and state healthcare regulations, including Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement, Stark, AKS, FCA, HIPAA, and state licensing requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership to align regulatory compliance with business strategy.
- Manage regulatory audits, site visits, and payor inquiries across multiple service lines.
- Oversee risk assessments, reporting systems, and compliance dashboards.
- Provide legal training to leadership, board members, and staff on compliance obligations.
- Mentor junior legal and compliance professionals.
