About the Role
The Company is seeking a General Counsel to join their team and play a pivotal role in providing legal advice and guidance for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lawyer with a passion for the company's vision of bringing integrated healing to the world. This role requires a professional who can balance and manage legal risks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining an innovative culture. Responsibilities include serving as the legal representation and conscience for the company, identifying and assessing legal risks, supporting fundraising and corporate development initiatives, and managing legal and corporate governance matters.
