After 18 years of service in our community, our practice continues to grow and we are looking to expand our team. LeBlanc & Associates, Dentistry for Children is seeking an ambitious individual with passion and commitment to work in conjunction with our Board-Certified Pediatric Dentists to provide quality care to the abundance of patients waiting to be treated.
Our thriving practice is committed to delivering exceptional service. Our state-of-the-art facilities outfitted with the most current, child-friendly technology, are a huge draw in our community and provide a wonderful working environment for clinicians. We are able to provide conscious sedation, IV sedation as well as hospital treatment options for our patients at our area Children’s Hospital. The practice maintains valued relationships with local children’s hospitals, area pediatricians, and other dental providers.
We have an expansive administrative staff to handle areas such as human resources, billing, and marketing. Our clinical staff is abundant and efficient to allow our providers to perform their dental artistry. We’ve created an environment that allows providers to remove the encumbrances of day-to-day management.
The right candidate may be experienced or newly out of residency but should have a strong clinical background. LeBlanc & Associates offers a very competitive production-based salary in addition to our generous benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance along with a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match.
