Note : The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities :

Hours : Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Perform construction laborer duties such as : Site cleanup, demolition, moving materials, debris removal, trenching and digging, loading, and unloading

Follow and maintain safety practices

Ability to complete other labor duties as assigned per direction of the supervisor

Qualifications :

1 year of prior experience in the Commercial and residential field required

OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it

Ability to use basic hand and some power tools

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred
