Impact Housing is quickly becoming the most active developer of housing in Southern California, by deploying our mission-driven, vertically integrated housing production and activation model. We are scaling our company to build and activate high volumes of unsubsidized new housing that is affordable to moderate- and low- income households, and in so doing, help solve Southern Californias housing crisis. The company currently has several San Diego projects under construction and in the development process and is on track to build 10,000 apartment units in San Diego this decade.
